Images

Get every image on a page — including lazy-loaded ones — with its format, dimensions and file size.

Parameters

urlstringRequired

The full URL of the page.

api_keystringRequired

Your API key.

Response

An object with an images array. Each image has:

urlstring

Absolute URL of the image.

srcstring

The src as written in the page (may be relative).

formatstring

jpg, png, svg, webp, gif, ico… Empty when unknown.

width / heightnumber

Dimensions as loaded in the page, in pixels.

basename / namestring

File name with and without extension.

sizenumber

File size in bytes, when the server reports it.

mime_typestring

Content type reported by the image server.

Errors

Pages that can't be loaded return {"error": "UNABLE_TO_LOAD_PAGE"} and are not billed. SeeErrors.

Notes

  • The page is scrolled to load lazy images, so large pages take a few seconds.
  • The same image can appear more than once if the page uses it several times.
  • CSS background images are not included.
